Dental insurance is an agreement between the patient and the insurance plan. As a courtesy, our office assists patients with submission of claims and available benefit information. Patients remain responsible for charges not covered by their insurance plan.

If your insurance plan is out-of-network, we are happy to file a claim on your behalf, allowing you to receive reimbursement directly from your insurance provider.

Please note that copayments and payments are due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.
